Friday.......

We woke up late after the day we had before. We were exhausted!!! Mark went to the market for some groceries for breakfast and lunch. I piddled and straightened up a bit. We still did not have internet. Zhenia called the landlord and he was here in 15 minutes! Great service!!! At around 1pm, Irene, the attorney for the orphanage brought the girls to the flat. First thing in the door they show us their key saying they did not loose it!! Made me smile!! Second thing, "I'm hungry!" Good thing Mark went to the market. We had hot dogs (their favorite), really good cheese, bread with butter, cherries and bananas. For our sweet Tanya, mineral water! They ate a bunch! Then Mark and the girls went to the market again for batteries and drinks. Around 3pm Zhenia came and we left to meet the others at the Equator Mall for shopping. It was a bit difficult! Anya hates to shop! (Something we gotta work on when we get home!) But success! They both got new shoes and one new outfit. They told us they want to go shopping in the states! Well alrighty then! We enjoyed pizza for dinner (actually very good pizza at the mall). At the mall we met a friend of Anya's. She asked if she could spend the night! So it was a fun slumber party! We had a blast; tickle & pillow fights, junk food and all! We talked with Anthony on Skype too! They were excited to chat with him. Right now I am watching Tanya sleep and Anya and her friend are on the balcony chatting! As Anya would say....TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY!
Tomorrow Dara arrives. She is a close friend of Katia's. Katia is our sweet friend that translated many phone calls for us. Dara has volunteered to translate for us! We will hang out and then take the girls back to camp. They are having a special camp for the older children and Anya does not want to miss it. Tanya is going just because she does not want to be with us alone. As they say here....NO PROBLEM! We then pick them up on Tuesday morning.
More later....thanks again to all of you for your prayers. God is GOOD!

So glad to see things are going well! Checking on blogs is not as consistent since we aren't at home. We don't have internet in our apartment here, but the internet place is within a few feet.

We have court on Friday.
